We are pleased to present our successful project at Cardinal Newman High School in Warrington, where we undertook a retrofit control installation for boilers, heating, and hot water systems.

The project encompassed the following system requirements:

Replacement of Original Controls: The original Trend controls on the oil-fired boiler system were replaced with modern Priva BMS controls in a newly constructed plant room. This upgrade ensured enhanced control functionality and energy efficiency.

Integration of Controls: Our task was to seamlessly integrate the new controls with the remaining heating and hot water systems, ensuring comprehensive and synchronized operation.

Touchscreen Panel Interface: We provided an intuitive touchscreen panel interface for on-site maintenance staff, facilitating convenient control and monitoring of the systems.

The outcomes of this project have been highly beneficial for Cardinal Newman High School:

Energy Efficiency: The retrofit controls have significantly improved the energy efficiency of the system. By utilizing modern Priva BMS controls and energy-efficient gas boilers, the school can optimize energy consumption and reduce operational costs.

Remote Internet Connection: As part of the project, we implemented a remote internet connection capability, enabling off-site monitoring and system diagnosis. This remote access capability reduces the need for costly site visits while ensuring efficient system maintenance and troubleshooting.
